1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Revenue Harbour (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operated from Germany, governing your access to and use of the Revenue Harbour website at revenueharbour.com and associated web application (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Revenue Harbour is a subscription pricing management platform for mobile app developers. The Service allows you to:
- Connect your Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console accounts
- View and manage subscription pricing across territories worldwide
- Create pricing templates and country groups for bulk price management
- Schedule pricing changes for future dates
- Track revenue and unit sales analytics
- Submit pricing changes directly to app stores via their APIs
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in through a supported authentication provider. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1 Plans
The Service offers three subscription tiers:
- Starter — Up to 2 apps, all features included, email support
- Pro — Up to 5 apps, all features included, priority email support
- Business — Unlimited apps, all features included, dedicated support, up to 10 team members
4.2 Payment
All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to LemonSqueezy’s terms of service. Prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change with prior notice.
4.3 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Annual plans offer a discounted rate. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
4.4 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Service. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Due to the digital nature and immediate delivery of the Service, all sales are final and no refunds are issued, except where required by applicable law. 5. App Store Credentials
To use certain features of the Service, you must provide API credentials for your Apple App Store Connect and/or Google Play Console accounts. By connecting these accounts, you:
- Confirm you are the authorized account holder or have explicit permission from the account holder
- Authorize Revenue Harbour to access, retrieve, and modify data on your behalf using these credentials
- Understand that pricing changes submitted through our platform are executed directly on the app stores
- Accept full responsibility for any pricing changes you initiate through the Service
Your credentials are encrypted at rest and are never shared with third parties. You may revoke access at any time by removing your connected accounts from the Service.
6. Pricing Changes & Disclaimer
The Service enables you to submit subscription pricing changes to Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all pricing changes before submission
- Revenue Harbour does not guarantee that pricing changes will be accepted or processed by Apple or Google
- Price changes may be subject to app store review timelines and approval processes beyond our control
- We are not liable for any financial loss, revenue impact, or business consequences resulting from pricing changes you submit through the Service
- Scheduled pricing changes are executed on a best-effort basis; delays or failures may occur due to app store API availability
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our prior written consent
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
- Provide credentials for app store accounts you are not authorized to manage
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, content, and documentation, is owned by Revenue Harbour and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.
You retain all rights to your own data, including your app store data, pricing configurations, and revenue information.
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from Service downtime.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revenue Harbour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revenue Harbour and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- We may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable notice period
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will remain in effect
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Service or by contacting us at support@revenueharbour.com.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
For consumers within the European Union, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
