Refund Policy

1. Overview

Revenue Harbour is a digital subscription service (Software as a Service). The Service is delivered instantly and in full upon subscription activation. By subscribing, you expressly consent to immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the Service has been made available to you, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and § 356 Abs. 5 BGB (German Civil Code).

2. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Service and immediate delivery upon subscription activation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any subscription fees already paid, including partial billing periods, unused time, or plan downgrades.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@revenueharbour.com. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain full access to all features of your plan until the end of the current billing period.
  • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method.

4. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate charges — If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error.
  • Service unavailability — If the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle through no fault of your own.
  • Legal requirements — Where a refund is required under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

5. Dispute Resolution

All payments are processed through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@revenueharbour.com with your account email, date of charge, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 3 business days.

If a refund is approved under the exceptions listed above, it will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
